Bristol Palin Works for Dr. “Jack Me-off”

On July 15, 2015 Bristol Palin proclaimed that she had worked 6 years with the “best people I know!” Bristol added this picture of herself to attempt to create the image that she was only a little pregnant.

bristol dermatology clinic

I immediately suspected that Bristol was lying about having worked at the dermatology clinic for 6 years. Anyone following Bristol and Sarah for the last 6 years would know that Bristol has regularly been out of state, and even out of the country over the last 6 years. Yet, trying to give Bristol the benefit of the doubt, I called the dermatology clinic of Dr. Cusack to attempt to verify her employment. I was assuming this was a legitimate dermatology clinic.

Bristol didn’t identify the dermatology clinic at which she worked in her recent July post. It was disclosed by Bristol’s mother, Sarah, that her daughter worked at the clinic of Dr. Michael L.Cusack, listed on this site, with a phone number of (907) 562-2275. I called Wed. July 22nd and asked for Bristol. I was told by Janice that she wasn’t there. I left my name and home phone number and never got a call back. I called Thursday July 23, and asked for Bristol. The person answering the phone on Thursday said she wasn’t there. The woman asked me why I was calling and I explained that I write a blog, and before I wrote a report I wanted to confirm my facts. She became angry and asked why I thought that this was the correct dermatology clinic. I explained that I thought I had read something on the internet to suggest that somebody has reported that Bristol worked at Dr. Cusack’s office. The woman then suggested that I shouldn’t be reporting on this type of information as it could present a security risk for Bristol if anyone knew where she worked.

Having found a post of Sarah disclosing the employer of Bristol, I was no longer worried that I would pose a risk to Bristol, if I simply confirmed what Sarah had previously reported. I called again today to see if Bristol was at work today. I asked for Bristol and was put on hold for approximately 5 minutes. When someone came on the line, she identified herself as “Cheryl” the “office manager.” I asked for her last name but she refused to provide it. I explained that I was trying to verify employment of Bristol Palin, and Cheryl said she didn’t know who that was. After repeating back to her the answer she just gave me, in disbelief (as I thought everyone in Alaska knew the Palin family), Cheryl asked me if I was speaking about the daughter of Sarah Palin. I confirmed that Bristol was Sarah’s daughter. Cheryl then informed me that Bristol DID NOT WORK THERE, and that she thought that Bristol worked for Dr. JACK MEOFF!!!

I had been very professional in every call I made to Dr. Cusack’s office. I identified myself every time I called and provided my home phone number. To be treated with such disrespect was outrageous. Such a filthy remark was vulgar and unprofessional. If these are the “best people” Bristol knows, that is a sad commentary on the type of people Bristol knows. If any member of the Palin family ever comments again about reporters who don’t do their homework and don’t check their facts first, I hope they remember my conversation with Dr. Cusack’s office manager who reported that Bristol worked for Dr. Jack Meoff!

As a way to get independent confirmation that Bristol has not worked as a paid employee of any dermatology clinic, remember the report of Radaronline, just one year ago. They reported that according to court documents Bristol didn’t make any money from her work at the dermatology clinic. They reported that she has made $262,500 in 2009 for her work with the Candie’s Foundation.

Now, it is undisputed that if Bristol ever goes to work at Dr. Cusack’s office, she doesn’t get paid, the office manager doesn’t know who she is, and that Cheryl is a foul mouthed office manager, totally lacking in professional judgment. She could have simply stated that they wouldn’t answer my questions, and asked me not to call back. I heard laughing in the background of Cheryl and another person as Cheryl spelled the name for me of Dr. Jack Me-off, thinking that I was too stupid to understand the joke they were attempting to make at my expense. The only funny thing about the conversation is that the people Bristol reportedly works with are the “best people” she knows.

Since the comment was so crude in nature, and included a reference to “Jack Me-off” it is even more troublesome that some have indicated that Bristol’s best friend also works at the clinic.

bristol friend camping

bristol friend im three

bristol's friend four

I wonder if Marina Lupas also works “part-time” at the clinic, and if she gets paid…by Dr. Cusack’s office,… or by someone else. I wonder if Dr Cusack might be interested in advertising on the you tube video of Bristol’s friend?

Maybe Ms.Lupas should make an updated video of herself and feature Bristol’s employer Dr. Jack Me-off.

By way of clarification, this is not a joke.  The manager actually said this to me!

  1. We should call there and ask for “Dr. Jack me off”. Or maybe we should just report Dr. Cusack to the medical board.I’m sure he or his patients would love to hear how his “Staff” refers to him! Y’all know what to do! Tweeters spread the news!!!

“This was the WORST office visit I have ever had. I don’t even want to rate 1 star. First and foremost starting with the unprofessional staff from talking to them over the phone to being there in person but I still gave them a chance ( I should have known better). I came in 10 min prior to my appointment, I stood at the front desk for a couple minutes without anyone acknowledging me, the front desk girl was on her cell phone and there were a couple ladies in the back just chatting.”

In one of their ads they listed Marina Lupas as an assistant to Dr. Cusack. It was later removed after being mentioned online. Marina is not qualified. You can only imagine what all they get by with in that office.

  2. Malia – Unflippingbelievable! It’s a shame they couldn’t answer your questions like adults. Instead, they were vulgar, disrespectful, unprofessional, and immature. This confirms the ugliness and seedy atmosphere that surrounds the Palins. It’s in their skin, how they dress, act, and the way they speak. They are ignorant lowlifes and should be treated as such. Dakota Meyer must be counting his blessings that he did not marry Bristol and get involved with the Palin family.

Maybe in order to be ’employed’ there they have to Jack Me-Off good ole doc Cusack? He sure surrounds himself with young women.

  17. I checked out the photo at:

Why do all the Palin women, including 10/11-year-old Piper, wear short, tight skirts?

I must be an old prude but in that photo the whole crowd looks like a bunch of hookers getting ready to go to work on a street corner.

I wonder if the “workers” at Cusack’s office do DIY botox?
Soon they be doing DIY fillers with silicone from Home Depot / Lowes.

  18. Well, I’m not surprised the office staff at the doctor’s office would act in such an unprofessional manner, they have the same mentality as Bristol Palin. I would have expected them to act like immature idiots. Malia thanks for confirming what I had already suspected. They’re all trash!

  19. What a disgusting group of people. Very unprofessional. Well, on second thought, considering the “business” they are in, maybe that IS how they are expected to behave. Sounds like Bristles has found her “niche” I wonder how Nancy French, the holier than thou ghostwriter would feel if she were treated like that? This is not over, they might have out-smarted themselves this time. We have to think of a way to expose this group of “hard working” whatever it is they are!! Dr. looks like he may be senile. Sorry you were treated that way, Malia. Low life types, all of them. Since we all know Marinas area of expertise, what type of Dr. would have her employed, representing his practice? No wonder Bristles can not keep a man around, once they know what she really is.

    1. Scarsdale,
I agree. This should make national news, since radaronline featured the story and picture of Bristol! I’m still amazed that anyone outside the Palin family would treat me this way…especially because I was so professional, and identified who I was and even gave them my home phone number. I thought after the post yesterday, I might get a call of apology from the Dr., but no call.

  20. How unprofessional of the office staff! I’ve called medical and dental offices and asked for certain staff if I’ve been working with them to set up an appointment or clear up an insurance problem. The fact that Bristol’s apparently NEVER THERE is another clue that the job is just another Palin lie.

And they are the best friends she has. Now we can understand why Tripp calls his mother and Willow “faggots” and why Trig’s favorite word is “bullshit”…and BRISTOl would make both public!

  21. Autumn Marie McDonald-Browning supposedly committed suicide even though she had a son she “loved more than the air she breathed.”

    1. There are multiple reasons for complaints to be filed with medical boards et al regarding Alaska Dermatology and Laser Center.

The death of Autumn Marie McDonald-Browning is a huge concern or red flag.

They claim she committed suicide, that is not fact as far as I can tell. There is way too much strangeness around her death to get into here.

According to My Death Space, Autumn’s cause of death is undetermined.
      http://mydeathspace.com/article/2014/12/21/Autumn_Browning_(39)_allegedly_took_her_own_life

‘Allegedly suicide’ and ‘Suicide by: Undetermined’?

Is ‘UNDETERMINED’ on the death certificate? That is way different from suicide. Malia could speak more on the legal part of this. I did read that Alaska has a very low rate of ‘undetermined’ deaths. It is unusual when a death is undetermined in Alaska.

  22. years ago my friend (on speakerphone) called the Best Western hotel beside Sarah’s taxpayer-funded compound on Lake Lucille (907) 373-1776, and asked if it was true that Bristol Palin “gives it up real quick” in their restroom – to which the employee burst out laughing, then chimed in professionally with “Absolutely!”

Apparently, someone in Alaska does in fact tell the truth.

  23. This place has to be a front for drugs and prostitution. I haven’t been able to find anything on the drugs Cusack prescribes, because his pt’s, unlike CBJs, aren’t on Medicare part D lol.
How many high risk OBS have pts on medicare part D? But I digress.
Schmidt, McCain et al sure did a lousy job of vetting Palin. But we all know this.
My focus on CBJ and the high risk angle is this: While it is true FPP can be HR OBs – they need to be highly skilled, doing multiple c sections to keep up the skills – and usually provide this specialty in a remote area devoid of HR obstetricians. CBJ was not doing surgeries and such to be a HR OB.

    It’s hilarious!
