Now that we know Perry has been indicted, the million dollar question is …Will he be convicted? People like David Axelrod have suggested that the indictment appears “pretty sketchy.” However it seems likely that Axelrod didn’t know all the facts. Huffington Post makes a persuasive case for why Perry WILL be convicted. In addition to the investigation by the DA for potential corruption in administering the Emerging Technology Fund, it seems that two Republican District Attorneys were convicted of DWI during Perry’s tenure as Governor, and he did nothing to remove them from office.

The networks are running a “this just in” that says Perry will turn himself in tomorrow.
