Pursuant to the letter agreement between myself and Homeland Security I received late yesterday the statement of David Chaney regarding the allegations of Shailey Tripp. The following is a transcript of the affidavit sent by a representative of Homeland Security:
“I, David R. Chaney, herein state that I am 48 years of age currently reside at ___(redacted) and am employed by U.S. Secret Service. This information is given by me to let the facts be known. I have not been forced into providing the information, nor have I been promised anything in relation to this investigation.
On this date, _____(redacted) _____ of the U.S. S.S. Inspection Division interviewed me. This interview concerns my knowledge of allegations made against me by Shailey Tripp.

Todd Palin did not introduce me to Shailey Tripp.
I have never met Shailey Tripp.
I never asked Shailey Tripp to have sex with me.
I did not have any sexual contact with Shailey Tripp of any kind.
Inspectors have shown me a National Enquirer photo of Shailey Tripp and I definitely do not know her and have never spoken to her.
I have no idea as to any of the allegations made on the Internet concerning Shailey Tripp.

Undoubtedly somebody is lying. Shailey Tripp said she was introduced to David Chaney by Todd Palin and provided services to him, and Chaney denies even meeting her. You decide who you believe.
I have a few problems with this statement:
1. If David Chaney wasn’t involved with Shailey Tripp in October of ’08, why would Homeland Security indicate that there was an ongoing investigation?
2. The statement was dated June 6, 2012. The date of the e-mail of Shailey Tripp to Merek Shaeffer was dated May 14th.
3. The date of the Senate Hearing was May 23, 2012.
4. The date of my e-mail to Merek Shaeffer asking why nothing was mentioned at the Senate hearing about the statement of Ms. Tripp was May 28th. Thus I now know that the reason nothing was asked about this incident during the hearing was that a statement of Mr. Chaney had not been taken.
5. On the date of the statement, June 6, 2012, Mr. Chaney declares he is employed with the Secret Service. This is confusing as it was reported he had resigned or been fired by that time.
If anyone reading this blog has information or evidence to prove that David Chaney did know or visit ‘Shailey Tripp in October of 2008, please send it. Please know that I am not assuming at this point that David Chaney is telling the truth. I will try to find evidence that his statement is truthful or not. If I get further evidence, either way, I will post it on this blog, whether it is positive or negative. I have still not received a reply to my letters to Sarah Palin or Todd Palin.

You need a letter, Notarized and signed by Shailey with her account information, what exactly you’re looking for (account number, date, transaction number if possible) and that you are her representative acting on her behalf. Then, they can help you. But, I know that you already know this. Has that been done? Will Shailey do that?

The proof may lie in the details of the credit card transaction Shailey has a record of.
Although they have a statement from David Chaney denying contact, they may not believe him so he may be a person of interest in the alleged investigation. While you may not be able to question them for six months they didn’t say you could not provide information TO them. They definitely could get the credit card transaction details.

Malia: I can give you some facts to prove that David Chaney is a liar. David Chaney was in charge of Sarah’s protectorate detail for the Secret Service when she ran for VP from late 2009 to April 2009. The Secret Service will protect the losing candidates for an additional 6 months after the election. This also meant that Chaney would have been involved with my son Shawn in 2009. Sarah Palin, along with her friends & family, Claude Kilpatrick from Governor’s security and members of the Anchorage FBI, Elizabeth Bartko and Anne Kirkland, were all working on reports that Shawn was spending time in AK traveling back and forth from PA when he was 17. Shawn was home with us every night. It took the US Capitol Police to send investigators from Washington DC to find out about David Chaney’s lies working with the rest of these individuals in AK including Sarah Palin. The US Capitol Police were furious as well as the Secret Service that they had been looking for Shawn in AK until the 3rd week of May 2009 when he was seen every day going back and forth to the Tamaqua Library and being home every night. Chaney would have to be part of this attempted set up with Shawn in order to keep the Secret Service, the US Capitol Police and the FBI focused on Shawn in AK. Remember the main person behind falsifying these reports was former Ex-Governor Palin. As far as an investigation going on, I believe that there is one. On June 26, 2009, FBI liason PA State Trooper David Takach brought over approximately 20 e-mails that Shawn had sent to Sarah Palin’s Gov’s office. Shawn, Craig & myself viewed these with Takach, but he did not give us a copy. Takach works with the PA State Trooper Intelligence Division and he will go out with the Secret Service to investigate threats against anybody that the Secret Service might be protecting here in PA. Takach never came out here because of a Secret Service call but came here because he was working as a FBI liason. This was because the presidential threats Kilpatrick enticed Shawn into making were being handled by David Chaney and the Secret Service in AK. That is because everyone was saying that Shawn was in AK making the threats from AK according to the reports of Sarah Palin and others colluding with her. This is why Craig & I never received a visit from David Takach and the Secret Service here in PA and never knew what was happening with Shawn until the night we picked him up in Washington DC at US Capitol Police headquarters. This would most likely explain an investigation going on right now, not focused so much on Todd Palin, but focused more on Sarah. Remember, Shawn went to Washington DC twice in 2009 and if he was a credible threat which he was not, it could have caused a serious security incident. Craig & I both believe that is why Washington DC has been involved in this up to this day. We believe that Shailey Tripp is telling the truth only because of our personal dealings with John Tiemessen, the APD and Sarah Palin. If David Chaney can be involved with the cover up of the lies about Shawn being in AK, he can also be involved in covering up and lying about knowing Shailey and receiving sexual services from her. Maybe these services were part of the payment he received from Todd in keeping the secret about the lies told about Shawn. Thank you Malia for your diligence on this because the more you find out, the more pieces of the puzzle it helps us put together. We are in your debt.

I hope there are some honest law enforcement personnel who can see something is not right who are doing an investigation. I am very familiar with the manipulation of the truth used to convict, corrupt LEOs and the corrupt Alaska courts. They seem to believe psychopaths over everyone else here and whoever has power and money is always believed even when it is clear they are doing something wrong.

Shailey gave two verbal, and one written statement to Shaefer, BEFORE, the Senate Subcommittee hearing when Mark Sullivan testified there was not a culture of corruption and that this was an isolated event. It was her statement to Schaefer that disclosed the connection between Shailey and Todd and Chaney.

The date isn’t redacted–it’s at the end of the document: June 6, 2012. What was redacted was the name and title of the person taking the statement, for example: Joe Badass, Senior Investigator.

The gentleman in the story had only sent a letter saying they were going to remove Pres. Obama from office through the court system and he had a knock on the door. The signed credit card merchant’s copy of the transaction; was it forwarded HS? Or did it disappear in the evidence locker at APD?
Since we’re talking only 5 years ago, and a very short window of time (3 months) WHY CAN’T SHAILEY get her transaction records / journals?
All these hard-copy records are kept by the bank that processes the transactions; they MUST KEEP RECORDS. When they destroy those records, they are required to back-up the images, front and back, and retain those for 7+ years.
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND W-H-Y they have not been procured by this point. That includes the deposit slips for Todd’s deposits and their offset (the check deposited).

I know you tried to verify Chaney’s credit card receipt to Shailey and the credit card processing company in Anchorage was uncooperative. Shailey could file suit against the company to obtain her records. If she or someone on her behalf filed in the state in which she lives, the odds would be better that the court would order the production of the documents.

She simply needs to ask for a copy of HER SIDE OF THE TRANSACTION.
She should ask for a “duplicate credit card deposit / transaction confirmation for this (particular) authorization number in this time period.” PERIOD.
Instead, what she asked for was information ending in August 2008 – but the actual transaction, at least in regard to the verbiage of the letter, seems to have happened in OCTOBER. She needs the OCTOBER 2008 transaction period duplicated / confirmed and / or the duplicate credit card deposit / transaction confirmation for that authorization number. And that’s it.
Bankers are STICKLERS for accuracy (unless they’re on Wall Street – they have Special Rules Just For Them…)

Re: residence. I know people who are from Alaska and collect the PFD, yet live in the SW/NW as their primary residence. Bloggers know at least one too, by name. It’s incredibly common for Alaskans to have homes elsewhere. To me, it sounds like the years Sarah didn’t apply for PFD are the years she was busy down in the states when people apply for them. She, like many people up there, had a child attending an AZ school (what is it with Scottsdale and Alaskans?) Anytime she’s in AZ, she’s seen with Trig too. Though I don’t think she’s in AZ all that often consecutively. Too many random things she does in Alaska throughout the year. Just my opinion.

Wonder just how many unexplained female deaths are documented in Alaska. If Russia is running the women thru Alaska to the US there has got to be a chain of custody somewhere. Heck we apprehend many of the coyotes in TX running illegals as the heat kills. I just don’t remember reading much about Alaska. Are there frozen bodies?

Can the difference between 3 pages and what was sent be attributed to redacted information? What’s missing? I don’t understand why anything except for the name of the questioning agent and Chaney’s address and similar personal information would be redacted.
I’m underwhelmed by the questions asked of Chaney. There’s room for interpretation in both questions and responses. Given his statement, I can see how he may have had a massage from Shailey. Perhaps she was never introduced to him by name or he ‘forgot’ such details. Perhaps he didn’t think she resembled the Enquirer photos or ‘forgot’ what she looked like. Why didn’t they ask if he had occasion to receive any massage while in Alaska and where did it/they occur? Why didn’t they check his credit card statements during the time period in question? Did agents use personal credit cards or were they issued credit cards by HS or the SS?
Oh well…

Part of what my original request asked for included any request for reimbursement Chaney might have submitted. I bet he submitted the invoice for the “massage” to be reimbursed, and I bet the government paid for it, and that’s why there may be an investigation. Of course I don’t know, but wouldn’t that just chap you if they produced his statement, knowing it was not true!!!

Malia, it is safe to say there is a high probability that Shailey Tripp is telling the truth about Palin, Chaney and others. If there was no proof, the Palins would have already sued her over the book and went after you with a restraining order for harassment. Their silence is damning!

What she has is what I have which is the information, but not a “receipt”. To be real evidence we need something confirming it is a business record of the processing company and that’s what we don’t have.

Did Shailey declare that payment as income? I wonder if she could require her CC company to give her a copy of the statement because she wants it for audit information or something like that. She’s outside the usual 3-year period but the IRS could still audit her for other reasons.
