Because the truth hurts, Sarah Palin lives her life in constant pain. She has proved her willigness to lie about personal and political matters. Levi Johnston asserted in an interview with TMZ that the Palins were keeping him away from his child. Certainly I could never be accused of being biased in Levi’s favor. In fact recent response to my comments on Levi getting another girl pregnant suggested that I was too harsh on Levi. I have not changed my mind regarding Levi’s lack of responsibility in getting another girl pregnant. Yet in light of Sarah Palin declaring that Levi is a “liar” I feel compelled to respond.
Sarah Palin is a pathological liar. As early as September 17, 2008 news reporters have documented the many lies she had told at that juncture.
Even when the Trooper Gate findings were reduced to writing in legal documents, Palin lied even about them.
Entire books have been devoted to the lies of Sarah Palin.
Bristol Palin has also accused Levi of not using his visitation rights. In that same interview Bristol Palin declared that she was returning to Alaska because she was tired of Hollywood, and Tripp would be starting preschool soon. The reality is that Bristol is making another reality show before Tripp has started preschool. Then there is the fact that Bristol not only declared herself to be an advocate for abstinence, calling herself a “Born-Again-Virgin”, and the reality is that she is living with her boyfriend of more than one year. Thus as between Levi, Bristol, and Sarah Palin, Levi appears to be the credible one.
The trooper-gate controversy is a great example of the extent to which the Palin family will go to exact revenge on anyone that might be perceived to be adverse to the interest of any member of the Palin family. Levi has been an outspoken critic of the Palin family, in his interviews with Vanity Fair, his television appearances like Tyra Banks, , and in his own book.
Now, when Sarah Palin calls Levi Johnston a “liar” it is almost an endorsement of the veracity of his statement. Levi Johnston may be irresponsible. Levi may be a victim himself. Levi may be the father of at least two children. He may have poor judgment and lacking in educational accomplishment. There may be many justifiable criticisms of Levi, but the clear indication is that Sarah Palin is the liar, and Levi does not lie.
Herman Cain, Michele Bachmann, and Rick Perry were each told by God to run for President. If Newt talked to God, we haven’t heard about it. Maybe the reason he doesn’t talk to God is that he doesn’t speak to himself. He already knows what he is thinking. Last night Newt Gingrich’s second wife Marianne gave an interview disclosing that Newt had suggested that they should agree to have sex with other people.It is the comments regarding sex that everyone is talking and writing about today.
However we have known for a long time that Gingrich has had three wives, affairs, and a history of unfaithfulness. The more important revelation from Newt’s ex-wife was that he said, “It doesn’t matter what I do. People need to hear what I have to say. There’s no one else who can say what I can say. It doesn’t matter what I live.”
Given this quote, it is important to remember the story Rachel Maddow did about Newt. In her report she quoted Newt saying:
- He made Romney’s career possible, and Mitt Romney is rich today because of him.
- It is his “destiny” to save America.
- “People like me are what stand between us and Auschwitz.”
- (In a hand written note of Newt’s) “It is my mission to advocate for civilization.” Newt wrote that he was a teacher of the rules of civilization and leader of civilized forces.
When Newt was brought before the House of Representatives for 80 ethics violations, the House voted overwhelmingly, 395-28, to reprimand Gingrich and to fine him $300,000. The Republican Representative, Nancy Johnson, who chaired that ethics committee stated:
“Today we conclude this case by imposing a heavy penalty on the leader of this House. It is a tough penalty, unprecedented and appropriate.”
It seems that Gingrich thinks that the rules that apply to OTHER people do not apply to him. In an act of defiance, the day after being elected to his 11th term of office Gingrich announced his resignation. Gingrich stated, “I’m willing to lead but I’m not willing to preside over people who are cannibals. My only fear would be that if I tried to stay, it would just overshadow whoever my successor is.”
Newt Gingrich is a dangerous man. He is delusional. He thinks he is above the law. He seems to perceive himself as all-powerful. He seems to perceive himself as the savior of mankind. It’s now clear why Sarah and Todd Palin have endorsed Gingrich.
As previously reported Judge Pamela Washington is considering the issue of the missing evidence seized by the Anchorage Police Department in the arrest of Shailey Tripp. In particular, it is my understanding that a cell phone and lap top computer of Shailey Tripp’s have not been returned. Shailey Tripp has asked me to submit a statement to the court regarding my interaction with Dave Parker, and other officers at the Anchorage Police Department. I have today faxed the following affidavit and letter to the court with the articles referenced below. If I am called to testify in Court, I’ll advise you.

Dear Judge Washington:
At the outset, please accept my apology for not referencing the case number re the matter of Shailey Tripp and the Anchorage Police Department. As I am not a party to the case I do not have that information. I also do not have the name and contact information for the attorney representing any of the police officers involved in this matter, or the Anchorage Police Department itself. If your clerk should provide me contact information, I will gladly copy any attorneys who should receive a copy of this amicus brief. I have enclosed my affidavit and exhibits that indicate my involvement as a fact witness in this matter. I will gladly make myself available in Dallas for a deposition for any party wishing my deposition, and if the Court will be having an evidentiary hearing on this matter, I will gladly come to Anchorage to give my testimony and make myself available for cross examination.

In the Matter of Shailey Tripp
Affidavit of Malia A. Litman
My name is Malia A. Litman. I am over the age of 18 years, of sound mind, and have no disabilities from giving this my affidavit. The statements contained herein are based on my personal knowledge, and I will make myself available to any party who desires a deposition, and I will appear in Court to make myself available for cross examination if any party should desire that.
In December of 2009 I started a blog known as malialitman.wordpress.com. The primary purpose of the blog was to document and reveal the truth about Sarah Palin. Although there were occasionally funny articles included in the blog, the main focus was to reveal factual information regarding Sarah Palin and her family. In each of the serious articles I have provided sources for the information referenced. As part of my efforts to uncover the truth about the allegations made by Shailey Tripp and her relationship with Todd Palin, I contacted the Anchorage police department. My initial contact was a telephone call to Police Chief Mew as his name and phone number were available to me on the internet. Chief Mew never returned my call but instead I received a call from Dave Parker, who identified himself as a representative of the Anchorage Police Department, and the person with the APD who was responsible for the “press release” issued by the APD to the National Enquirer.
Attached hereto and incorporated by reference are Exhibits 1,2,3,4 which are true and correct copies of the articles I posted on my blog referencing conversations with members of the APD, or matters pertaining thereto. These articles were written at or about the time of the events contained therein, and are part of my business records. The statements contained therein are true and correct, and constitute my record of the conversations I had with members of the APD. I would also draw the Court’s attention to the statement of Dave Parker, as referenced in the New York Daily News on Jan. 26, 2011 where he is quoted as saying:
“It was just guilt by innuendo, nothing else,” Lt. Dave Parker told the Daily News on Wednesday. “There’s not one scintilla of evidence that Todd Palin had anything to do with this.”
I was not a party to this conversation, but I am aware that this quote was referenced in the New York Daily News. If Mr. Parker actually said this it would constitute an inappropriate commentary by the APD on evidence, is not limited to evidence in the possession of the APD, whether reviewed or not, and constitutes a specific misrepresentation of the evidence, as the statements of Shailey Tripp would constitute at least “one scintilla” of evidence that Todd Palin and something to do with the house of prostitution.
I am not a criminal attorney and do not present myself to the court as an expert in criminal matters. However even a lay person recognizes that it is inappropriate for police in any city to comment on the evidence before a criminal matter is resolved and it is highly inappropriate to issue a press release that is contrary to the evidence in a case. If the evidence in the matter of Shailey Tripp was destroyed, that would appear to a citizen as an obstruction of justice. If the “evidence seized” in the matter of Shailey Tripp is not returned to her in the condition it was in when confiscated, that would be evidence of wrongdoing on the part of the Anchorage Police Department. The APD should be held accountable for their part in this cover-up.
The Mission Statement of the Anchorage Police Department is to:
“To protect and serve our community in the most professional and compassionate manner possible“
Destruction of evidence does not constitute “protection” or “service” to the people of Anchorage, and it surely is not “professional” or “compassionate”.

The above quote is from a 1984 article in Mother Jones. The 27 years that have passed since the article’s publication have not lessened the threat Newt Gingrich poses to America. If anything, Gingrich poses an even greater threat as he has surged ahead in the polls, coming precipitously close to becoming the Republican nominee.
What makes Gingrich so dangerous, is that he is completely void of any conscience. He is completely and utterly morally bankrupt. A man lacking a sense of right and wrong, without a set of guiding principles, will do anything imaginable to advance himself and his agenda, which Gingrich has done his entire life.
As many know, Gingrich’s first wife was his former high school geometry teacher, who was 7 years his senior. Jackie worked while raising the couples two children, and supported Newt putting him through undergraduate, graduate and post graduate school. Bob Gingrich, Newt’s stepfather said of Jackie, “She busted her butt for him when he needed her”. She later campaigned across Georgia for Newt as he ran for Congress. Mary Kahn, a reporter who covered Gingrich at the time stated, “Everyone saw Jackie and Newt as a unit. He was always talking about the family being a team, about family values. It was a constant, and a big part of his campaign”.
“Family values” was clearly just a sound bite Newt used to appeal to a conservative base. In 1974, his campaign advisors discovered Newt was having an affair. He and Jackie saw a marriage counselor, but Newt continued cheating on his wife. One former aide had to direct Newt’s two children away from a car where Newt was receiving oral sex from a woman. Another aide revealed that after a friend’s husband died, he used the man’s death to his advantage. He visited the woman pretending to offer her sympathy, only to try to seduce her.
In 1980, Newt revealed to Jackie he was having an affair, with the woman who would become wife #2, and sought a divorce. While in the hospital recovering from having a uterine tumor removed, Newt visited his soon to be ex-wife, bringing her a divorce papers to sign. He further had a temerity to give her so little in spousal and child support, that Jackie had to rely on her church to help her pay bills. After this was revealed Newt’s popularity in his hometown fell 15 percentage points.
Lee Howell, a friend of Newt’s stated, “Newt Gingrich has a tendency to chew people up and spit them out. He uses you for all it’s worth, and when he doesn’t need you anymore he throws you away. Very candidly, I don’t think that Newt Gingrich has many principles, expect for what’s best for him, guiding him”.
Gingrich would continue to “chew people up and spit them out”, as he carried on a 13 year affair with his current wife, while still married to his second wife. One has to wonder how many others he will use and then throw out should he win the presidency.
Speaking with The Daily Beast about her 13 year affair with failed presidential candidate Herman Cain, Ginger White revealed the following:
“I wasn’t surprised when women came out with sexual harassment allegations. My initial reaction was, ‘They’re not lying,’ because he feels as if he can approach any women, say whatever he wants to say, and they’re going to be OK with that, just because he’s Herman Cain. He’s very sure of himself. He has this arrogance about him. He feels as if, when he walks across the room, all eyes are upon him. Herman Cain loves Herman Cain.”
What was Cain’s attorney L. Lin Wood’s response? Wood stated, “I think anyone who has had the opportunity to meet Mr. Cain would not disagree with that general description.”
So does that mean Wood’s believes his own client is a pompous, narcissistic liar? Did Wood’s go to law school with Jerry Sandusky’s attorney?
Herman, get a new attorney. You are going to need a good one now that your wife Gloria knows about your hobbies.
In what will come as no surprise to anyone who has been following Herman Cain’s sex-fueled implosion, it is now being reported that Cain’s marriage has been on the rocks for years.
Herman and Gloria Cain may have been married for 43 years, but according to a family insider, their marriage seems as real as Mitt Romney’s tan. “It never felt like a real marriage when I was around them,’’ says the friend. “Mostly he was always gone and his wife seemed to be OK with it. Not being together seemed the norm for their marriage, and Gloria didn’t seem to mind. His kids didn’t seem to mind either. He was king of his castle and no one questioned him,’’ says the friend. “It was an uncomfortable set-up for an outsider like me to be around. He was so indifferent to everyone. But I liked Gloria. She was warm and kind.”
If Cain cares half as much for his wife and family as he professes, he will drop of the race and fade out of America’s collective conscious.
Maya Angelou once said, “The first time someone shows you who they are, believe them.” Herman Cain has shown his wife, family and the country who he is, and we would all be remiss to ignore the real Herman. From sexual harassment settlements to Cain’s admission he gave Ginger White, a woman he allegedly had a 13 year affair with, money it is apparent Cain is showing us the real Herman. Cain’s attempt to “reestablish” his character, is like Bristol Palin trying to reestablish her virginity.
Herman Cain indicated he would be willing to take a lie detector test, if there was a good reason. It seems likely that there will never be a reason that he thinks would justify taking a lie detector test. After all is his memory is failing him, it would likely fail on a lie detector test. The funny thing is that Shailey Tripp took three lie detector tests and passed all three, but Herman Cain doesn’t seem to think taking one is necessary for him. Just in case he changes his mind, and agrees to such a test, I wanted to do my part to make sure the appropriate questions were asked.
QUESTIONS FOR HERMAN CAIN
1. Is the reason you can’t remember Sharon Bialek that all white women look the same to you?
2. Is the reason you can’t remember Sharon Bialek that you didn’t help her get a job?
3. Is the reason you don’t remember Sharon Bialek that you only recognize women by the back of their heads?
4. Are you now, or have you ever, been in business with Todd Palin?
5. If you are innocent, why hasn’t the Anchorage Police Department issued a press release to the National Enquirer vindicating you?
6. Do you have a wife? Do you remember her name? Do you recognize her by her face or are you more familiar with the back of her head?
7. At the next Republican debate would you be willing to have all candidates hooked up to lie detector equipment?
8. Did you write this book yourself, or did you have a blonde ghost writer do the job?
9. Do you discriminate against African American women?
10. What were the job qualifications for the women who applied to be on your campaign staff?
11. Did God tell you to run for President so you could afford benefits to your women?
12. Is this your idea of how to solve the unemployment problem in the U.S.?
13. Do you descriminate against the handicapped?
14. Do you offer to help men find jobs too?
15. Do you provide letters of recommendation?
16. Can a woman list you as a reference on her resume if she meets your standards?

Yesterday Herman Cain held a press conference for the purpose of addressing the four allegations of sexual harassment. Although he admitted to having had memory of some dealings with Karen Kraushaer, he denied that his behavior was in any was suggestive or inappropriate. He characterized the settlement agreement as a contract. Of course a settlement is a contract. However there was no indication of any reason that the employee would be entitled to $45,000 as severance. This part of Herman Cain’s statement was only the beginning of the story. He mentioned there might be more “allegations” by other women. As if four allegations weren’t enough, the very fact that Cain is preparing his fans for the inevitable means that Cain knows there are so many women that he has offended, that you can bet there will be more.
The most offensive part of the statement was the claim that he did not remember Sharon Bialek. Ninety-eight percent of the time when a witness, who would have had personal of an event, says they don’t remember something, you can bet they simply don’t want to admit the truth of the matter asserted. In this way if the person asking the questions has or finds some evidence that the person did commit the act, you can’t call him a liar…he is just forgetful. He may be telling a lie when he says he can’t remember something, but nobody has developed a way to prove what a person really remembers. Thus the headlines today will all say that Herman Cain denied the allegations, but what he really said was that he didn’t remember Ms. Bialek, not that he didn’t harass her. Given the fact that we know of four women who claimed Cain sexually harassed them, and Cain says there may be more, it seems there is a very real possibility that Cain harassed so many women that he really only remembers the last 40 or 50!!
