The following e-mail has been sent today to my contact at Homeland Security regarding the statement of David Chaney regarding any encounter he may have had with Shailey Tripp, as a result of Todd Palin hooking them up.

Re: FOIA Appeal 2012-A13 Please Avoid Attorney’s Fees and Produce the Documents Requested

 

Dear Ms. Teal,

I haven’t heard back from you since your response of 10-9-12 when you reported that my “case continues to be under review.”    Three and 1/2 months later, I have still received not one word from you or anyone with Homeland Security regarding my simple request for documents.  I have been waiting since June of 2012 for these documents, and Homeland Security has failed to cite a single reason for the delay, or ignoring my request.  I am very anxious to receive these documents, as every day that passes by, more and more people give SarahPAC more and more money, so that Todd Palin may continue to endorse political candidates.  If the statement of David Chaney confirms the allegations of Shailey Tripp, that Todd Palin was in fact her pimp, then retired and unemployed people giving of their limited funds need to know to whom they are giving their money.

If you continue to refuse to respond to this request, you leave me with no choice except to file suit.  I understand that I may be entitled to recover my attorneys fees in the event I prevail, and it appears undisputed that I will prevail.  Thus, I implore you to produce these documents now, and avoid unnecessary and costly attorneys fees.  In the absence of a response, you leave me no alternative but to file suit.  I expect that this suit may result in thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees that could easily be avoided.  Please, please, please produce the documents requested.
