House Republicans refused to vote to determine what additional relief would be given to hurricane Sandy victims. Republicans have expressed outrage at the refusal of fellow Republicans to vote to authorize additional aid. This seems to be yet another example of Republican Congressmen and women who are unwilling to tackle the urgent needs of the country.

I don’t know how Boehner ever was elected much less chosen to hold the Speakership of the House of the U.S. Congress. They guy has done nothing but obstruct! He needs to be recalled from office. I detest the Republicans and hope the next cycle of elections eliminates as many of them as possible in the U.S. Congress.
To think that they just announced that they will vote for approval of the funding (in two separate votes???) for those poor people on the east coast is amazing. Boehner, et al – have no respect for the American people and are NOT listening to them at all!

Move em all to the big white house at the bottom of the photo. Let em see how it feels to wait for a boat instead of a limo.

Seeing/analyzing
Christie has a point: when disasters happen in Red States, the Republicans can’t get money to them fast enough. Blue States–you know, the ones who pay all the taxes–are being dissed.
