Thanks for reading, and for your vote of confidence. Since Romney lost last night I don’t think we will hear anything further regarding this ethics complaint, as they didn’t allege anything illegal, only unethical, and it would only be unethical if he’d won, or was still campaigning.

My regret is that this suit came so late in the election process. Maybe this was intended as an “October Surprise”, but it’s now lost in the news of Hurricane Sandy damage.
