He already had a history of doing such things as reporting a 7-year-old black kid and following a black man to his own house, so it’s a mystery to me why anyone would think he’s not a bigot. Besides, I love the way some folks talk about how one of Zimmerman’s ancestors was black, as if one’s ethnicity or any part of it exempts him or her from racist attitudes. It’s also well-known that in spite of the expunging of criminal behavior from his record, he has a history of being aggressive and confrontational while Trayvon Martin had no such record or reputation.
