that is what is landing her in legal hot water…and up to go before a federal judge to explain why the “hand in the cookie jar”?.considering the ID of who she took the money from is, well, not from this country…and the brother is in the middle of a dilemma, overseas…so now the fight is on…let me know how that works out for her..oh yeah Willow…tell your momma that sending crew to commit domestic-terrorism on the kid? not a good idea…

There are a miriad of accounting “tricks” that can be used to defer income and only his accountants would know the real answer. The IRS might have some clue, but you have to realize that the accountants are not going to lay it out for the IRS, but only show what helps them support the tax treatment they have used, and it’s up to the irs to find the real answer. As long as the accountants produce to the irs all the documents that are requested, they’ve done their job. For a tax payer like Mitt it could take one agent a year, or more to process all the records that might be produced.

I think there’s more to this story. First: These charitable contributions are essentially payments to himself since he’s a bishop in the Mormon church. A big joke!
Second, did he really make all those alleged contributions in 2011 or did he make some in 2012 and claim they were made in 2011. Perhaps he is only claiming the legal 2011 deductions, to avoid fraud charges but is alleging the higher amount to look more generous (to himself).

Over paying taxes was just a scam by the Romneys.

So basically America owes Romney for overpaid taxes plus interest because he is a business man first and will ask for it back next year.

That scam is something my mom would do.

None of this matters – Romney’s 2009 amended return will evidence his acceptance of amnesty for his failure to declare UBS Swiss bank account interest.
