It’s only been one month since Ann Romney was accused of needing to get off her “high horse.”
“My horse has more style and more class in its hoof than they (Democrats) do in their whole deal,”
Maybe that is acceptable for the wife of a candidate, but it is definitely NOT the image of the First Lady that we are looking for.

Rafalca must be VERY flexible! She has her ass next to her head, and doesn’t seem to be straining in the least…. does look a bit embarassed though to be seen so close to Queen Ass, I mean Ann

Ann’s hobby horse $70,000 plus tax deduction came in 28th out of 32 horses at the Olympics. Our country could use those tax dollars Ann! Quit using tax loopholes you don’t need.

Rosalyn Carter, Betty Ford, Pat Nixon, Lady Bird Johnson, Jackie Kennedy, Mamie Eisenhower: the list goes on and on. Women of “style” and “grace,”
and they wouldn’t compare their pets to the opposition party. Ann Romney is a nasty woman.

And remember Eleanor Roosevelt, with a far more distinguished “pedigree” than Ann Romney. I cannot imagine Ann Romney visiting and advocating for the poorest in the country somehow.

Beaglemom,
Me too! The title “first lady” just doesn’t fit her.

I cannot think of one person who is doing more to sink Mitt’s chances than “Mommy Romney.” She is a petty and maniacal little maggot.

Throw Sarah Palin into that ‘not the image we’re looking for’ as well. Have you noticed how hateful conservatives are about liberal women being ‘jealous’ and ‘ugly?’ Frankly, there is nothing uglier than a woman who hates other women, for no other reason than that they dosagree with her views. I do not hate Sarah or Ann. I hate that both of them choose to divide us rather than work as a nation. That is their downfall. And both of them are rich enough in money that they can go quietly and leave us to clean up their messes.

Mrs. Romney kinda creeps me out. I don’t feel warmth coming from her when she speaks. I also get the impression she and Mitt are inseparable…how the hell did she raise her children. You have to be able to give of yourself and I don’t think there is a lot of her to go around.

You’re right. None of the other First Ladies would have said something like that ever.
Romney is using his wife as an attack dog, and I think it’s a page they took straight from Sarah Palin. The Repubs learned with her, that the beauty of using a woman for an attack dog, is that anyone who attacks her back looks bad and can be accused of sexism.
It has taken a while for me to reach this point, but I do believe that Romney is is a worse candidate than McCain. Arguably, McCain only stumbled on the genius of using a woman in this capacity; Romney clearly knew. Romney’s lust for power exceeds McCain and I believe he would do ANYTHING to become president.

With the exception of Democratic women. The right-ards were absolutely foaming-at-the-mouth vicious about Hillary Clinton, and even 12-year-old Chelsea Clinton was slammed routinely. Little Amy Carter was also viciously attacked, as are Michelle Obama and the Obama girls.

You had me agreeing until the picture of Nancy Reagan. I think she is a dingbat bitch. Ann Romney reminds me a great deal of Queen Nancy. Entitlement? Check. Overly protective of husband? Check. Arrogant? Check. Rich and bitchie? Check.

Far be it from me to laud Nancy Davis Reagan (and I agree that she was a dingbat bitch) but . . . her step-father was Loyal Davis (look him up) and Nancy’s experience with him actually took RRs conservatism down a step or two–even though I don’t remember it making much of a difference. Oh, the stories my father – who knew RR back when he was a radio announcer – would tell of the man’s narrow mind and plain stupidity. And then I look at the horrible damage he did to our country. It makes me violently ill.

Ann Romney needs a couple weeks working a soup kitchen in Cleveland. Maybe President Carter can get her on a Habitat for Humanity crew. A sense of humanity is something she truly is lacking.

Anne
She is just as much of a doofus as her husband is, and both of them are proof that money doesn’t give people class. They are the most arrogant, self-entitled folks I have ever seen in the years I’ve observed presidential candidates and their wives. They are also the most out-of-touch with everyday Americans, and that’s barring none.

With as much time and effort the GOP spends on controlling women, you’d think Mitt could control the dialogue of ONE woman. Or maybe, Ann is just more liberated than other GOP women.
