It seems that Levi Johnston is about to throw down the gauntlet. Even if Levi missed Bristol’s new reality show, Levi could still see on the internet that under Bristol’s guidance Tripp at 3 ½ has learned to hit, kick, hate, and use the “f” word.
Bristol admits in this short segment that “I’m doing a terrible job disciplining Tripp.” The use of Tripp for fame and fortune, the behavior of Tripp during the filming, and the admission of Bristol regarding her failure as a mother, might be enough to cause a judge in Alaska to give Levi custody. Perhaps Bristol would be secretly happy as she wouldn’t need to find a baby sitter for Tripp while she dances with the stars? Tripp might be better off with his dad, who even though Levi lacks an education, and even though Tripp may have a new sibling soon, he might be better off in a home were he is loved, instead of used.

Daughter like Mother. No time to parent the kids while dancing with stars in their little heads. Perfect example of 2 women that should not have kids.

Um, how can you even assume this? You literally just insulted EVERY parent who’s done DWTS and every celebrity who’s in movies/tv.
Levi just started his first real, earned job. HE will soon have a newborn, something he’s not used to having 24/7. There’s no difference in dancing for a couple of months and engaging in those activities. Moving on.

I think you have missed my spin. Dancing with stars in their little heads. Get it? coo coo coo this was not about working mothers, or those mothers on dancing on the show. This was about 2 hooters, star struck that does not have time to be a mother, even if they are stay at home moms. There brains are just not wired for that.

BLM,
Sorry, I was still recovering from making that recipe!

I will contribute to Levi’s legal defense fund if one is set up to help him with legal fees. The Palins have a ton of money and lawyers, and we know they play dirty. I watched as much of Bristol’s “show” as I could stand and was disgusted by her behavior. I felt very sad and angry at the way she abused Tripp.

Cheney Revises and Extends on Palin – WTF man is a sissy!
Here’s what Cheney told Hannity: AIR tonight-
“It wasn’t aimed so much at Governor Palin as it was against the basic process that McCain used…my point basically dealt with the process in terms of that basic requirement, is this person prepared to step in to be president of the United States when they’re picked? And it was my judgment — I was asked if I thought the McCain process in ’08 had been well done or was it a mistake and I said I thought it was a mistake. That’s not…meant so much as a criticism of Governor Palin as it is that I just thought it was not — the process didn’t meet the standards I would like to see our candidate pursue when they pick a — a running mate.”

Thanks for the link. Total B.S.!

It’s unclear whether Levi would make a better parent (though being away from the Palin clan is a good thing). Seems like a case of “dumb and dumber.”
Given the Palin influence in small-town Alaska, I don’t think Levi will win the case, but it will be colorful to watch the process. Too bad there is a chiild involved in another melodrama from that family.

BW,
That’s the sad thing to me …a child is involved. I bet Levi could get child support from Bristol.

I don’t believe the Palins could care less about Tripp, but am convinced they would spend whatever was necessary to stop Levi getting custody. Unfortunately the boy’s in a total no win position.

The thing is, Levi has never been around a baby, let alone a toddler around-the-clock. He has no idea what it takes emotionally, physically, mentally. That is CLEAR in his odd TMZ statement, which is complete exaggeration. Tripp is clearly a blessed, happy boy who’s not devoid of love or fun. 50/50 is what I think all non-married parents should have.

What makes you think Bristol has been around a baby or toddler around the clock? And, speaking of exaggeration….have you seen Bristol’s whiny I sm victim show? lol And, yes50 50 would be a good start.

Bristol HAS been around kids and look at what a shitty job she’s doing.

Bristol will get some mileage out of this. Either she will quit DWTS “to save her son” and get to have a big pity party OR she will go to DWTS and whine every week about how much she misses him and that she is “doing this for my son”. Either way, she gets to play the victim.
August 6, 2012 at 7:30 pm

Whining seems to be her default. I don’t think it will get her far in terms of public opinion considering how terrible she’s come across in her (Tripp’s) show.
The best thing she can do is be reasonable (although I’m beginning to wonder if that’s possible) and work with Levi. And keep her big mouth shut in front of the cameras and, more importantly, her son.

I think Levi needs to obtain an attorney in a respected law firm that has a history of having dealt in child custody cases. He might have to find someone like that in Anchorage vs the Wasilla/Palmer areas or even go go outside the state (if that is legal?) to perhaps the State of Washington (Seattle area).
The Palin group (if they are as wealthy as they try to make us think) could have the benefit of better legal representation.
I wish Levi and his family every success. The child is NOT being properly raised now as has been indicated on Bristol’s failure reality show. The child is already a ‘little monster’ and needs to be parented in a constant, loving, steady and disciplined household.

Think about it Bristol. If Tripp is with Levi that would give you the time you need to dance and pursue the Palin family career in reality shows.

Grrrr !
Any chance Bristol will have to be deposed ???
I mean, it’s SUCH a long list : “Questions Bristol Palin Should Have To Answer Under Oath” …

That would be a dream come true, but I suspect they will buy-off Levi before that ever happens.

I don’t think Levi will bre bought. Remember, he turned down money to appear on her show.

I don’t think they’ll buy him off, but I do worry that they’ll threaten his family’s security in some way, especially as regards his mom’s absolutely ridiculous legal situation.
And they’ll do everything they can to trash his name and drag Sunny into the mud with it.

I’m sure he’ll get 50/50, but there’s no reason why either parent should have full. Especially considering EACH parent’s past actions and disrespect toward the other. It’s not like Tripp is unhappy. He lives a full life. Levi will only add to that. Levi’s gross exaggeration won’t get him far and his denial of his past immaturity from recent years isn’t helping.

Bristol doesn’t want you defending her.

What “gross exaggeration” has Levi engaged in?
Bristol’s the one who can’t manage a positive comment about Levi. Levi’s been pretty mum and has bitten back a lot of harsh words… and although he keeps being called a fame whore, it’s Bristol who can’t keep her glowering mug away from a camera.
As for Levi never being around a baby full time — so what? Bristol supposedly helped raise all her younger siblings but she acts like she has no idea what to do around a baby or a toddler. At least Levi has helped support his mother and sister after his dad walked off, which is more than Bristol has ever done. Hell, she couldn’t even hack “volunteering” at a non-profit in LA!

“It’s not like Tripp is unhappy.”
How do you know? I KNOW he’s unhappy. Happy children are not hate-filled. Happy children do not use profanity laced insults. Happy children are not told that their Father, the only one they’ll ever have even if his whorish mother screws her way coast to coast, is a bum.
This kid is the poster child for “Raised by Wolves”.

It seems that the least Levi finally going to court over this should be able to do is force Bristol to obey the parenting plan that specifically said the parents would not trash one another in front of the child.
She’s not just done it in the privacy of her home or hotel room — she’s done it on national television.
Seems like that should at least get her perfectly manicured hand slapped.
August 6, 2012 at 7:26 pm

She’s not only shown she can’t control the kid, she’s shown how manipulative she is to the point of emotional abuse. You don’t set your child up for heartbreak (while making his father the bad guy). You don’t tell your child you’ll get him a new daddy after he witnesses you fighting with your boyfriend (or at all, for that matter). This is the “real” Bristol, according to her. She really has no clue.

jk,
Why take him to a place with a beautiful pool and then tell him he can’t go swimming because of some drunk kids! ? If that was true, why not tell him you’d take him to swim in the morning when there weren’t so many people. Can you imagine telling a 3 year old child about other horrible problems in the world? It’d be like telling him he couldn’t go to his friend’s preschool because they have a child-molester on staff.

I’m sure it’s not the first time Tripps’s been around a bunch of drunk teens.
