Sounds pretty bad. The worst place I’ve stayed somebody (a man) left his underwear on the back hook on the bathroom door!

There’s a town in TX called Cut N Run. The only businesses there were the Post Office & the sleaziest, most ramshackle motel ever seen. I know, we spent the night there in it’s dirty cracked linoleum floor, sheets so thin a toe nail could cut through it and a bare bulb hanging down by it’s cord in the middle of the ceiling. Don’t even ask about the bathroom. Needless to say the town is in the middle of nowhere. Good thing I have an insane sense of humor, couldn’t stop laughing.

I heard they are willing to re-name the town “Mitt’s Peculliar Missouri” …but it’s unlikely Mitt will move because they don’t have homes with elevators in the garage.

More odd names in rural Virginia: Wabun, Ironto, Butt Station, Conjurers Neck, Gasville and Snickersville Turnpike, although I have yet to locate an actual Snickersville
