I don’t think so because the statute specifically excludes news shows like this. If they are getting a tax credit, it would be expressly prohibited by the statute.

So many of the issues Romney seems to have compromised on, seem to be the result of his efforts to get elected, instead of what he really believes! I am confident he thinks Palin is a destructive force in the GOP, but I predict he’ll ask her to speak anyway.
