Given Senator Lieberman’s response to my request, I have sent the following e-mail to both of my Texas Senators, Kaye Bailey Hutchison and John Cornyn.

Senator,

I request your help with my Freedom of Information Act request, as Senator Lieberman has stated that even though he is the Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Homeland Security, he is unwilling to respond to my request simply because I am not a resident of Connecticut. I am a resident of Dallas, Tx. and ask for your help. Here are the links to the story and documents requested:
