The following is not true. It is a spoof inspired by the lawsuit filed by a heckler against Bristol. While that lawsuit is real , there is a difference between real lawsuits and those that are filed for publicity, attempting to create the illusion that the defendant is being victimized. Thus the following suits might be filed for publicity, and nothing more.

1. Cowan v. Palin—

This is a suit against Bristol Palin by Steven Cowan, the man who shot his television,  for intentional infliction of emotional distress when she danced with the stars on his television.

2. Palin v. Palin –

This is a suit by Willow Palin against Bristol Palin for breach of contract for failing to pay her for her babysitting services. Bristol filed a counterclaim stating that Willow owed her money for taking her away from Sarah Palin’s home in Alaska.

3. Palin v. Palin – This is a suit by Trig Palin against Bristol for neglect and abandonment. Trig seeks punitive damages against his mother for subjecting him to being treated like a loaf of French bread. 

4. Palin v. Palin – This is a suit by Todd Palin against Bristol for theft of property as she took his license plate with the name Tripp on it, and won’t give it back so he can destroy the evidence of his illegal business. Todd has asserted that he might go to jail if she doesn’t return the plates.

5. Palin v. Palin – This is a suit by Sarah Palin against Bristol for restitution. Sarah claims that Bristol was unjustly enriched as a result of the film tax credit law Sarah enacted during her short Half-term as Governor. Sarah asserted that Bristol should be compelled to pay her half of any financial benefit she receives as a result of her new reality show.

6. Heath v. Palin –

This is a suit by Chuck Heath against Bristol for theft. Chuck asserts that someone stole one of his sets of caribou and moose antlers, and the culprit was Tripp, for whom Bristol is responsible.

7. Paoletti v. Palin- This is a suit for a Trial Divorce against Bristol by her Trial Husband. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2125137/Bristol-Palin-enter-trial-marriage-cohabitation-boyfriend–reality-TV-cameras.html Gino seeks trial-alimony as a result of misrepresentations made by Bristol which enticed him to move in. Bristol said she was a Born-Again-Virgin, and she wasn’t.

8. Tripp v. Palin-

This is a Declaratory Judgment action by Shailey Tripp against Bristol Palin seeking an answer to the question “Who’s Your Daddy?”

9. Johnston v. Palin

This is a suit by Levi Johnston against Bristol for wrongfully confiscating his favorite sleeping bag and demands return of all camping equipment she kept.

10. Johnston v. Palin

This is a second suit by Levi Johnston for defamation as a result of Bristol suggesting in her book that Levi “stole” her virginity.  Even though Bristol later explained that she wasn’t raped by Levi, Levi asserts he is not a thief, but a good camper.
