Not sure, but I believe we may have a few candidates for the Darwin Awards.

rf,
I did notice that but didn’t want to offend our male readers. In my family the men for example are the ones who always do the dangerously stupid things! I don’t know if it’s linked to the Y chromosome, or maybe natural selection, but it’s clear that women are smart enough not to do those foolish things.

I am pretty certain that there are videos depicting young women engaging in equally ridiculous behaviour.

Xenon,
There are many videos of women doing foolish things, but most of them are not so obviously going to result in such horrible outcomes.

Malia, you’re funny and so diplomatic…going O/T… and they think they know better than we do what is good for women and what choices we should be ~ahem~” allowed” to make concerning our bodies…
kinda highlights male stupidity… in all its glory… NOT…

rf,
I grew up with three brothers, played trumpet in the band with all boys, attended law school when there were only a handful of women in law school, and I’ve been married to my husband for 26 years. I’ve learned that you can either make yourself miserable, or have a sense of humor. You can either become indignant with the obnoxious male plaintiff’s attorney, or just win at trial.

More like the “Y not?” chromosome.

I know those people. They sit in my classroom every day. You can see why I think teachers are not paid enough.

WakeUp America,
You have my sympathy, but we obviously need you!

Why yes, I do too also believe it’s directly related to the vast influence of the Y chromosome which (as we all know) becomes infused with the mighty testosterone hormone as young human males start to progress towards retirement whilst hopefully remaining in one piece.
And here is direct Pho-Toe-Graf-Eek evidence being not too adversely contrary to my first paragraph: http://www.flickr.com/photos/10207557@N04/3836396182/
Like any good wine, I have have just slightly matured with age, although my Wonderful Wifey-Poo would have a somewhat justifiable argument to negate my maturity claim.
O/T How’ve you been Malia?

AKdavedownunder,
Glad to hear from you!!! I’m ok. Got to go to Nebraska for an experimental treatment for MS, so I’m feeling lucky! Thanks for asking! Malia

Longtime family friend has MS; she’s also talking about some new treatments. Hope yours works great for you!

AKdavedownunder,
Thanks for your good wishes, and the treatment is still a work in progress, so there is always hope. Thanks, Malia

AKdavedownunder,
I grew up in Oklahoma, so I am probably too casual when the sirens go off. We will be careful. Keep us advised about what is going on in the land down under!
