We now have a direct inconsistency between Sarah Palin’s account of who delivered Trig, and Bristol’s account. In this e-mail, Sarah says that CBJ was her doctor and that CBJ delivered Trig. As established in this post Bristol says that CBJ came into the room 30 minutes later…after the delivery and after Bristol held Trig in her arms, and after Bristol noticed how thick his neck was.
Either it happened the way Sarah said, or the way Bristol said, or some other way; but they can’t all be right! Moreover Sarah says in the e-mail that she doesn’t know how to prove that she is in fact the biological mother of Trig. In case she is reading, here are some easy options:
1. Produce the medical records from the hospital where Trig was delivered.
2. Produce a letter from CBJ stating that she delivered YOUR baby, that you named Trig.
3. Produce a birth certificate for Trig.
4. Have genetic testing done of you and Trig.
5. There should be multiple records of prenatal visits that you had during the pregnancy. Why not produce those? Why aren’t there any e-mails explaining that you have to take the morning or afternoon off to go to your doctor, during the time you would have been pregnant.

There are no emails stating she was taking time off for doctor appointments because she was too busy getting restlin shots, botox, and lippodissolve injections. She had a scarf around her neck to hide the brusing from so many injections to make her look young. She is so worried about that “creep” Jesse Griffin and “creep” Dennis Zaki she can’t have a schedule that is actually recorded. She is so concerned about her and her children’s saftey she had to go get that Tripp woman arrested and put her in her place. And she had to email her scheduler to explain all this to her so it will not get written down in a schedule.

Think of how many books she had to have to cover this up, and they didn’t pay attention to the inconsistency here. This does not speak well for the intelligence behind this sham.

Also her visit to a massage spa, to get a massage after fat disolving to her midsection,( while slaiming to the public that she was pregnant), but on the masseuses form, (WHEN QUESTIONED) that she was NOT pregnant. Also Shailey Tripp gave her a massage with the same stipulation, that she didn’t look or indicate that she was pregnant.

Palin aslo said in news conference on 4/21/08 that CBJ delivered Trig . CBJ seemed to agree in comments she made to reporter Lisa Demer. Demer paraphrased CBJ, so we don’t know if she artfully avoided telling an outright lie. But of course CBJ did no such thing.

Slippery enough with the two of them probably able to laugh off and blame the ghost writer. What is more interesting to me is that no one seems to be aware he was DS EXCEPT Sara talks about having and amnio and knowing in advance he was DS. Was that something she “withheld”? – didn’t want to tell the kids or did she hint at it so Bristol went looking? Or wasn’t that Willow or Piper who was the first to say she thought Trig looked DS? That’s the trouble with lies – they build on themselves. She’s going down. I can feel it and I’m sure Game Change and Shailey’s book will be two more blows to her head – you and the other bloggers have been giving her body blows for years, now that work is going to pay off and one of the biggest political scams in history is about to erupt. Nice work

jdmn17,
I think if Palin had just faded away, she would have gotten by with this, but because she continues to use Trig, it’s even more offensive that she is perpetuating these lies.

Dr CBJ was not qualified/certified to deliver a special-needs baby, especially not in a hospital that was not certified for it.
She knows if she comments on it, she digs a deeper hole. There is also the legal question of telephonic advice to a patient in need who has not sought medical attention (illegal in Alaska, for which Dr CBJ would be sanctioned, IF it happened).
No sanction, because Sarah Palin did not contact CBJ when she was in TX the day of the wild ride.
I have to conclude Mrs Palin was not pregnant, and Dr CBJ did NOT deliver the DS baby, no matter whose (or when) it was.

Dr CBJ broke the law if she gave a telephone consult to Mrs Palin, while she was in TX but without a visit to a medical professional.
No sanction of Dr CBJ.

Wouldn’t someone have to make a complaint to have the sanction? Did anyone? Not to JCAHO but to the licensing board?

Bullshit that all these people were holding little Tri-G 30 minutes after he was born at 36 weeks. Bullshit. He’d still be getting cleaned up and worked up and examined…quite possibly he was having a heart ultrasound…..oh wait..MatSu doesn’t do high risk births, they don’t have a NICU or high risk neonatologist. This is just ridiculous! Truly ridiculous.

Malia, I keep telling mama to write down what she tells people that way its easier to keep track of her lies.
But does she listen to me?

Willow,
Maybe the advice you should give your mom is to just stop talking to people, and then she would have to keep track!

Actually I think Ruffles was Bristols, and Trig may not be.
But Sarah certainly isn’t Trigs biological mother. Her flat belly and tight abs as she put it cannot have blossomed into the Gusty big as a house belly. Especially since she was even larger bellied than the Gusty shot when pregnant with Track. In her red maternity shirt she has her arms crossed over her bosom over her enormous bump.
It may never come out who the biological parents of Trig are. But it will always be questionable unless some definative proof is shown, that Sarah Palin is not Trigs biological mother.

These people have told and been told so many lies, it’s no wonder they can’t keep track. Sarah isn’t smart enough to have planned out the ramifications of this scam and then spending three years in the national spotlight. All she wanted was to run for VP..er, President…and she’d worry about the rest later. By the time later arrived, she had her answer: any questions she didn’t want to answer were ‘gotchas.’ and when you are an Ailes’ employee, no one even asks.

I think he did say that but that would differ from Bristol’s account.

Malia, the answer to question 5:
Types of communication considered “non-record” emails, even if written on the state electronic system, are not subject to SOA record retention statutes. Any or all personal emails (and more) not considered a state record could have been deleted at any time as per the SOA Retention schedule:
“Non-Record E-mail
E-mail, attachments, text and instant messages that are not “records” as defined in AS 40.21.150 (6) may be destroyed immediately. Non-record communications include those of a transitory nature primarily generated for informal transmission of information, not the perpetuation or formalization of knowledge. [Refer also to Item 76, Transitory & Miscellaneous Administrative Information.] Personal messages constitute non-records as they are not “accounts” or “writings” “developed or received by a public agency,” and are not “preserved for their informational value or as evidence of the organization or operation of the public agency” under AS 40.25.110.”

In the released emails, sent from Janice on 04-13-08 4:42 P.M. re: suggestions for your 2nd son’s name. Congrats on your 5th child.
How did this woman know that she was pregnant on 04-13-08?

I still think there’s a relatively simple way to resolve this, an indictment for criminal negligence or call it what it looks like: attempted abortion. I’m not sure if “civilians” can raise the issue, but based on the narrative, someone broke the law or laws. You can start with the airline personnel who allowed a pregnant Palin to board multiple flights. It was public knowledge, so they should at least be fired. Let’s go after the airlines. Then we have Dr. CBJ who, over the phone, OK’d the flights and drive, knowing the amniotic fluid (basically Trig’s oxygen supply) was leaking. Why hasn’t her license been revoked? Why hasn’t she been charged with risking the lives of the mother and child? Next we have the folks at Mat Su who agreed to take in a high risk, preterm patient, rather than make her use an Anchorage hospital with the proper equipment and specialists. Start leaning on the enablers with the possibility of losing jobs or indictment and their tongues will loosen up.

aj,
The problem is that the real plaintiff would be Trig, and he would have to prove some damage or harm

Amniotic fluid is not the oxygen supply for the fetus.
February 29, 2012 at 2:39 pm

Well, in a round about way it contributes in that if there is not enough amniotic fluid, the cord can prolapse and cut off the oxygen supply to the fetus
